Location & Directions

Historic downtown street near the Antique Center of Gettysburg

The Antique Center of Gettysburg is easy to find in the heart of historic downtown Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. We are located just south of the town Square, set along Pennsylvania's Route 30 — the road long known as the state's "Antique Route." Whether you are arriving from the battlefield, the historic district, or one of the nearby antiquing towns, the shop sits in the most walkable part of town.

Getting Here

Gettysburg is well connected to the surrounding region. The shop is roughly eight miles from New Oxford to the east, about 28 miles from both Chambersburg to the west and Carlisle to the north, and only 15 miles from the Maryland border — putting Hagerstown, Frederick, and Westminster within easy reach. Washington, D.C. and Baltimore are each about an hour away by car, making us a comfortable day trip for collectors across the Mid-Atlantic.

Parking & Walkability

A municipal parking garage is located within a block of the shop, so parking is convenient even during busy weekends. Once you have parked, downtown Gettysburg is a pleasure to explore on foot — the Antique Center is one stop on a walkable route that includes historic sites, restaurants, and other shops.

While You Are in Town

Gettysburg rewards a full day. Pair your visit to the shop with time at the Gettysburg National Military Park and the town's many historic landmarks. For trip-planning resources, lodging, and event calendars, Destination Gettysburg is a helpful guide. We look forward to welcoming you to the shop.

A Stop on Pennsylvania's Antique Route

The shop's place on Route 30 is no accident. The corridor that runs through Gettysburg has long been one of the best antiquing routes in the state, dotted with shops and centers that draw collectors from across the Mid-Atlantic. New Oxford, just to the east, is a renowned antiques town in its own right, and a day spent traveling the route can easily take in several stops. The Antique Center makes a natural anchor for that kind of outing — centrally located, easy to reach, and deep enough in inventory to merit a long, careful visit all on its own.
